Hope. Funerals offers families many extras that other Funeral Directors may charge you for, we strongly believe that these extras make a huge difference to the families we work with and the loved ones we help on their final journey - some of these extras include but not limited to:

• Removal of medical devices if needed
• A larger coffin if necessary*
• Returning of any jewellery
• Placing personal items in the coffin
• Dressing your loved one in their own clothes
• Floral tribute spray on top of the coffin on the day
• playing of music on the day of service
• Commemorative picture from the service day
• Hand delivered ashes after the service.

2 – Payment Plans (No Credit Check)

Funerals knows its important for families to ensure their loved one is taken care of without the fear on where, when and how to pay for a funeral - Hope. allows families to focus on getting their loved one laid to rest with dignity - Hope. Funerals therefore offers families the option of an in-house payment plan to spread the costs over a fixed period of time after a small initial deposit. terms and arrangements available on request from our shop in Haverhill or from call our Funeral Team on 01440 554 763.

Hope. Funerals does not complete credit checks on in-house plans ensuring access to funerals is for everyone regardless of personal situations - this is our commitment to you and your loved ones.

Funerals was created due to the varied offerings from Funeral Directors and the focus not always being on the families best interests - Hope. Funerals is really local - Our Head Office and Funeral Services Team is located in Haverhill, Suffolk with our Care Facility being located just down the road in Bury St. Edmunds.

We have selected Crematorium Partners within a 30 mile radius of Haverhill, Suffolk which means your loved one is taken into care and looked after by our own dedicated trained team, your loved one is also taken directly to the crematorium of our choice on the arranged date and time by our team with our loved ones ashes being returned to you by hand from our own dedicated and trained team.
